ORDERS

How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your size, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be in processing. Please contact us immediately through our Contact page if you need to make changes.

Will I receive a confirmation after ordering?
Yes. You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details as soon as payment is successful.


SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days. Remote areas: 7–10 business days. These are estimates and may vary.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use it on the courier's website to track your delivery.

What if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, please reach out to us. We'll follow up with the courier and keep you updated.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

How do I initiate a return?
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Are sale items returnable?
Items purchased during sales or special promotions are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

How do I find my correct size?
Refer to the size guide available on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend going a size up. Still unsure? Contact us and we'll help.

Are your product images accurate?
We do our best to display products accurately. However, slight colour variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting.

Are your products genuine?
Yes, all products sold on nxtepz are 100% authentic.


PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other methods available at checkout.

Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption. We do not store your payment details.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Please check at checkout — COD availability depends on your location and order value.
