1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote / rural areas: 7–10 business days
  • Tamil Nadu (local): 1–3 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or high-demand periods.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — check our website for current offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier's website.

6. Delays & Lost Shipments

nxtepz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
