At Nxtepz, we want you to love every step you take. If something isn't right with your order, we are here to make it right.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn and unused, in their original packaging with tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged: items that have been worn, washed, or altered; products damaged due to misuse or negligence; sale or clearance items unless they are defective; and items returned after the 7-day window.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchange Policy
We offer size and color exchanges subject to availability within the 7-day return window. To request an exchange, reach out to us via WhatsApp or email with your order details and we will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, in which case Nxtepz will cover the return shipping.
